I picked up the call but remained silent, and the caller promptly disconnected. It might have been a dodgy scam or perhaps just a number dialled in error. Either way, there was no conversation, just silence before they vanished from the line. I think I’ll go ahead and block the number, as I’ve no connections nor any reason to be in touch with anyone in Bodmin, Cornwall, which is the area code they’ve used. Better safe than sorry!
