I received four calls from this individual. When I returned the call, he didn’t pick up. Out of the blue, he tried again, and this time he asked, “Are you Ernesto?” To which I responded, “I’m not Ernesto, who might you be?” I wondered if he was inquiring about a job application I had submitted. The chap sounded rather irate, and in a thick Arabic accent, he retorted, “What? You’ve called me twice and now you’re asking who I am? I’m your mate Daesh, comprehend?” I firmly told him that I had no mates like him and urged him to cease contacting me, or I would involve the authorities. After hanging up while he was still ranting, I made my way to report this to the police. Upon returning home, I found that my comments on the Yahoo forum in Italian regarding the Paris attacks had been deleted. That’s when the penny dropped - Daesh in Arabic translates to ‘death.’ I feel it’s my duty to spread the word because if anything untoward happens to me, the police will have a lead to follow.

I received four missed calls from this bloke. Decided to ring him back, but he didn't pick up. Before long, he returned my call, and the first thing he asked was if I was Ernesto. I told him I wasn't, and asked who he was. I was wondering if it had something to do with a job application. He sounded rather miffed and with a hint of an Arabic accent snapped back, "What? You’ve rung me twice and now you're asking me who I am?”

I've had more than my fill of calls from this number. Is there any way to put a stop to these incessant rings? I've tried using call blocking features, but they haven't been much help in stopping these bothersome calls.

This number keeps ringing us every ten minutes and doesn’t seem to take a hint, totally clueless about who it could be!
