Its the 2nd time today I got a call like this, and since I started using online banking it’s been happening like every day. The caller says they’re from a London outfit called EASE OF ACCESS. They always say it's about some fraud on my account, like transactions I never made - one time it was Amazon (which I’ve only ever shopped in person, never online) and another time some foreign banking stuff. Honestly, it's why I quit online banking ages ago, but now they’re pushing everyone to use it. Feels like some sort of scam to me.
