During the initial conversation, they seemed to know that my computer was undergoing updates. When they rang back, they insisted I input some personal details, which I flatly declined to do. They were rather pushy and a tad impolite too, and when I asked for their number, they wouldn’t provide it but insisted they could verify their identity as Microsoft representatives. Despite having seen that others have blocked this number, I'm still receiving calls from them! Any idea why that might be?
