At first there was just silence when I answered, but after around 15-20 seconds a woman with a foreign accent from some sort of call centre picked up. I ended the call straight away. This sort of thing is really troubling, especially when it happens to older, more vulnerable people. Happened at 12:10pm on 17/02/21.

Got another call off some random person asking for someone I’ve never heard of, trying to push some sort of extended warranty. Pretty sure it’s just another scam if you ask me.

This person claimed to be from a home insurance firm. I wasn’t in the mood to deal with it that day at all. She was polite enough, but I ended up yelling at her big time!
