Got a call today from a number that showed up as Post Office Travel Money, 02083024858, like someone else mentioned before. I found it a bit fishy, wondering why they’d be ringing me. The voice on the other end sounded like it was from an Indian call centre. When I asked what company he was with, he mumbled something I didn’t catch or know. Told him I didn’t know him or what this was about, then he just went quiet. Ended the call there and flagged it as a scam.

My phone showed a caller ID for Post Office Travel Money, but the woman on the line said she was with EE. She had an Indian accent, sounded like she was in a call centre. She asked if I was satisfied with my EE service and tried to tempt me with a 45% discount on my next bill.
