I received yet another call from this number today. It's clear now that we can either choose to ignore it or pick up and hang up straight away.

I received a call purporting to be from Microsoft, and the chap on the other end seemed to have an accent that was quite challenging to decipher-might’ve been Indian, perhaps? I must admit, I struggled to grasp much of what he was on about. When I mentioned my confusion, he rather rudely suggested I ought to improve my English and then promptly cut the line. Just goes to show, we Yorkshire folk have our own way of speaking! How amusing!
