10 yearsI picked up the phone only to be greeted with a query if I was Mrs ########, which is quite baffling given that I'm a chap with a rather deep voice. I promptly clarified that I was not, and then they proceeded to ask if I was Mr ########. I had to inform them that I didn’t reside there at all. In a rather cheeky twist, I decided to tell them I was a burglar who’d broken in, and oddly enough, mentioned I was in the midst of pilfering all the electronics from the place. Even after such a revelation, they persistently sought to take up two minutes of my time! After repeating my burglar spiel a third time, they finally decided enough was enough and hung up. Now I'm left pondering how I’m going to come to terms with this strange encounter.10 yearsExtremely impolite!
