I recently received a rather dubious automated call purporting to be from BT, insisting they'd been attempting to get in touch regarding some so-called suspicious activity. They threatened to terminate my phone and internet service unless I pressed button 1. Naturally, I refrained from doing so, and I'm still online and able to make calls. This is the second time I've had a call like this; I find it all quite laughable, really!
