It seems these calls might be coming from some estate agents. I'm puzzled as to why I’ve received two calls; I certainly wasn’t anticipating any communication from them.

Turns out this number is linked to an estate agency. From what I gather, their team calls up to check if the seller is thinking about switching agents or might be interested in some rental investment tips. Seems like they ring loads of numbers all at once and only stick with whoever picks up first. Not exactly a scam, but definitely feels a bit iffy to me.
