They told me they were from Green Alliance, but when I checked their website, it warned about a scam where people pretend to be from Green Alliance. They said to report anything suspicious to Action Fraud. Definitely dodgy!

It’s really frustrating, especially when you’re expecting a call. I almost tripped rushing to the phone hoping to catch them in time. If only they’d left a message, I’d have known to pick up straight away.
