They told me they were from Green Alliance, but when I checked their website, it warned about a scam where people pretend to be from Green Alliance. They said to report anything suspicious to Action Fraud. Definitely dodgy!

Missed the call just a tad too late and there was no message left on the answering machine. Every time I rang back, the answering service informed me they were unavailable. It’s incredibly frustrating, particularly when you’re eagerly anticipating a call! I nearly tripped over myself rushing to grab the phone-had they bothered to leave a message, I would’ve managed to catch the call.
