I got a call from this number, with the caller saying they were from Virgin Media. They tried to convince me by showing some consumer licence ID through the command prompt on my computer, reading a bunch of letters and numbers that popped up on screen. They said my router was compromised with malware and wanted me to let them take control of my device remotely. Something felt off, so I ended the call quickly. I reckon it was one of those vishing scams, probably trying to get spyware on my PC to nab my banking info or passwords.
