Got a call from 02082739782 just now, someone pretending to be from emergency blood transplant services. Absolutely rubbish. I’ve blocked the number now - if you get a call like this, do the same and don’t entertain them! They could be stopping vital help reaching someone in real need. I’ve reported these muppets to BT and Ofcom, and I hope they get a proper investigation and get punished. These scammers are just wasting everyone’s time.

Got a call from 02082739782 claiming to be some emergency blood and transplant service. It’s just anonymous and sounds dodgy to me. I’ve blocked the number now - anyone else getting calls from them, do the same! Better to be safe and not risk missing a real urgent blood transfusion for someone important. Reported this scam to Ofcom and BT, hoping they’ll sort these annoying pests out soon.
