I asked them to confirm who my internet provider actually was, but the woman just kept saying "all providers use BT" when I pressed for a proper answer. I tried again, explaining that since there was supposedly an issue, surely she’d know my actual provider. Instead of answering, she snapped at me and said "shut up, bitch" before hanging up abruptly!
