The line was severely distorted; I struggled to make out what he was saying. He definitely didn't have a British accent. He was trying to sell me an iPhone deal for £30 a month with no call charges. I told him I wasn’t keen on it and promptly blocked the number.

I received a dodgy call from someone claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse. When I acted perplexed by their spiel, the cheeky blighter told me to perform an unspeakable act! I've blocked the number without a second thought. Do yourself a favour and steer clear!
