Reports on phone number 02082472500
4 yearsToday, 18.08.2022, I picked up a call from 02082472500 and heard a recorded message in an American accent saying something like, "This is Revenue & Customs - we've sent you documents that have been returned… press ... to talk to someone about this," said in a quite threatening way. I didn't press anything and just ended the call. Then I blocked the number straight away. A while back, I had similar silent calls from another number. Back then, I just hung up but later tried calling back a few times, hoping to get a proper reply, but never did. I didn’t realise then that was a bad idea until I read about it recently. That old number was blocked too, but I still got calls about once a week from different numbers - they were nearly the same but with the last digit changed, so some got through.HM Revenue & CustomsSubmit Your Own Report (020 8247 2500)
