Not long after, they rang me yet again, trying to dispute my response, so I chose to disconnect once more. By the time the phone buzzed for a third time, I decided it was best to let it ring out.

I got a call about some kind of wine investment that didn't catch my interest one bit. I just told them I wasn’t interested and hung up straight away. Honestly, I wouldn't hold out much hope for getting your cash back either. Loads of these types pop up, all promising big profits. I'm pretty sure they aren't registered with any proper regulators anymore, so you're basically on your own. Best to steer well clear of them, seriously.
