A chap rang us up claiming there was interest in our vehicle. We found it quite amusing, particularly since we’re actually trying to sell a motorbike! What a fool! A short time later, she called again, all huffy, saying they understood the difference-honestly, what a numpty! We're definitely going to call 0870 26 77 121 (their customer service) to report this bloke. It's clearly a one-man show, but they have the means to track him down. So make sure to give them a bell!

Just had a rather dodgy call from someone claiming to be "Steve" from Motorshop in the UK, wanting to chat about our car that's up for sale. It turns out there are about four others doing the same thing, all with the same nonsense offers. After the usual prattle where he introduced himself, it became painfully clear that this was yet another one of those scams where they say they have buyers lined up for our vehicle. Honestly, we ended the call there and then. These charlatans are a right pain in the neck!

This chap was an utter fool. It’s about time the authorities tracked him down. We simply can’t afford to tolerate individuals like him any longer.

We've also received a call from "Steve" at Motorshop United Kingdom regarding our vehicle that's up for sale. In fact, we've had about four similar calls from other numpties pushing the same dodgy scheme. After the typical introductory questions, he presented himself, and it became glaringly obvious that this was yet another "I have buyers eager for your car" trick. So, we promptly hung up. These individuals are utterly tiresome!

We recently placed our advertisement on Auto Trader, and despite using their phone number filtering service, we received a call from this individual. Thankfully, we’ve encountered this kind of cold calling before. As soon as she started her pitch, we quickly interjected and asked who she was. Once she revealed her identity, we made it clear that we weren’t interested. We’ve also forwarded this information to Auto Trader in hopes that they can prevent these sorts of calls and stop these agencies from pestering others.

We listed our mum's car for sale in the local area, and it surprisingly found a new owner in just a couple of weeks. However, we've been inundated with calls from these absolute jokers who pretend to be interested buyers, only to launch into their sales pitch out of the blue. It's infuriating! These kinds of companies are nothing short of dodgy and ought to be outlawed. We wasted no time in telling them where to go, as we simply can't be bothered with such nonsense.

I had a chap call me earlier, and we decided to sever ties with them not long after she asked for the exact mileage, which was clearly mentioned in the ad. When we inquired about her identity, she promptly hung up on us!

I've received three calls from someone named 'Steve' over the past month. After we politely declined what he was offering, he quickly turned rather pushy and annoying. Honestly, he’s not worth your time or energy, so best to steer clear!

We've had a rather similar experience previously. We shelled out £80 based on what they told us, with the promise of a refund, but we've heard absolutely nothing since then. I suppose it’s our own fault for not taking heed of the red flags. It’s a lesson learned, I suppose - better luck next time!

I've had three calls from someone named 'Steve' over the last month. It’s become rather tiresome, especially since we're not at all keen on what he's offering. Frankly, I can't be bothered to engage with him any further.

When I rang up to cancel, Steve Williams from Motorshop UK mentioned that there were numerous interested parties for our vehicle, at a price of £39.99. However, three days have passed and we've not heard a peep from them, and attempts to reach them by phone have been futile as no number was provided.

I received a call from a chap named Steve Williams, claiming to be from MotorshopUK. He mentioned that he had numerous interested parties for our car and wanted us to shell out £39.99. However, it’s now been three days, and I've heard absolutely nothing since then. To make matters worse, I can't seem to reach them at the phone number they provided. What a shambles!

Received a call from someone claiming to be 'Steve', but he left no message at all. We’ve got our car listed for sale, so I presume he might have been gearing up for a sales pitch. The car's already been sold, mind you. However, when we tried to ring back, no one picked up. If he tries again, I’ll definitely point him towards this website to let him know we’re onto his little charade! 😆

She just gave us a bell, and we made it clear that we weren't interested in any of it and absolutely refused to pay a penny. To our surprise, she said we wouldn’t have to spend a single thing. So, we kept listening, but then she followed up with the line that we only needed to pay a tiny amount. That's when we told her to jog on, honestly, what a right plonker!
