I received a voicemail claiming to be from BT, stating they'd detected some dodgy goings-on with my phone and internet. They warned me I’d be disconnected unless I pressed 1 to chat with a so-called 'executive'. The thing is, I don't even use BT for my phone or internet! I just brushed off the call.
