Some bloke rang up claiming my BT Open Reach internet had switched from private to public mode. I told him that sounded dodgy since I don’t even have an Open Reach line. He just said it made no difference. When I pressed him to clarify what he meant by the “changed from private to public” bit, he just told me to “bugger off” and then slammed the phone down. Proper rude!
