I got a call from a woman who said she was with BT Openreach. She told me our IP had supposedly been changed from private to public and said it might cause security problems. She said I needed to switch it back to private but first had to set up the IP address again. When she asked if I knew how to do it, I said no but mentioned we have a specialist who handles that kind of thing for us. After that, she just said alright, goodbye and ended the call.
