I got a call from someone claiming to be from EE, promising me a much better deal on my plan. However, when I turned him down, he began hurling insults at me. What a charming experience!

Somebody called saying they were from EE and offered me a better deal. I told them the account wasn’t mine and then they just told me to feck off. Definitely not a nice experience!

The bloke on the phone said it was EE, and he was really rude to me. I can't even imagine if a kid had picked up and got treated the same way I did. Proper awful.
