On the 15th of October, I received a rather distressing phone call from a chap named Daniel Ocean, who claimed to represent some so-called certified system from Microsoft. He insisted that there was an issue with my computer and even provided what he said was my licence number. The pressure was on, with his alarming assertion that if I didn’t act quickly, my Microsoft contract would be cancelled at once. His tone was quite menacing, and I found it quite intimidating. So, I decided to cut the conversation short; however, he promptly phoned me back, spouting even more threats. To buy myself some time and to do a bit of digging, I concocted a reason to end the call. I must admit, I felt quite shaken by the whole experience. I wouldn't be surprised if he tries to ring again tomorrow. Thankfully, I stumbled upon your website, which has been incredibly helpful in tackling this situation. Many thanks to you all!

I've received numerous calls from someone purporting to be from Microsoft’s technical support or their main office, claiming there's an issue with my computer and attempting to offer a fix. It’s clearly a scam, so I hung up without a second thought.

Today, I received a call from this number claiming there was an issue reported from my computer. I couldn't help but chuckle since I don’t even own a computer! The caller insisted it was a genuine matter and told me not to waste his time. Is this some sort of scam?

I've received three calls this morning from this number, claiming to be from some sort of technical support. Their manner was quite pushy, even going so far as to warn me that they might disconnect my computer services if I dared to end the conversation. To make matters worse, they rang me back twice in rapid succession, despite my pleas for them to stop. Quite relentless, really!
