what annoys me most about this number is that they ring my landline almost every single day tryin to speak to me. the weird thing is, they always say my first name correctly but completely mess up my last name! this has been going on for over six months now. i've told them loads of times that nobody here has that surname, but they just carry on calling at random times during the week. after a while, it just feels like harassment and pointless cold calling to me.

Got a call about council tax and how supposedly I’m in the wrong band. I mentioned I believed my band was right and then the lady just hung up on me. Felt like a scam to me.
