What’s more baffling is that the company maintains the same contact number, 020 8191 1481, while smirking at their victims. After reaching out to Wise personally, I had a conversation with one of their representatives. However, when my mother tried to call from her phone, Lisa answered but cut the line as soon as she realised it was her. I genuinely believe that Wise.com should be reported. I hope anyone else who finds themselves in a similar situation can take heed of this warning regarding Lisa, who’s operating under the guise of Wise.
