I picked up this call thinking it might be the hospital ringing me back. But it turned out to be some robotic bloke’s voice, saying something about a suspension? I couldn’t really make sense of it. Then it told me to press 1 if I wanted to talk to customer service or whoever. I just hung up straight away. Pretty clear scam if you ask me.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Shell Energy Broadband, trying to get my broadband info to "check if they could give me a better price". I told them if they were legit, they’d already have my info and wouldn’t need to ask. The number showed up as spam on my phone, so I just blocked it straight away.
