I got a text from someone saying they were from EE, even though I don’t have an EE account. I played along for a bit, then they sent me a message pretending to be an official EE text that had a PIN they wanted me to share. I didn’t fall for it, just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from an Asian gentleman claiming to be from EE. Thing is, I’m not even with EE or connected to them in any way. When I told him that, he started pushing to find out who my provider was. I hung up straight away and blocked the number. Pretty sure it was just a scam.
