I got a call from some dodgy number on my phone, seemed like a scam. This woman with a strong Indian accent claimed she was calling from EE and could help me reduce my phone charges. Problem is, I’m not even with EE. I told her I wasn’t interested, but she insisted I should listen because it was important for me. I told her I wasn’t interested at all, called her out as a scammer, and ended the call. Luckily, I managed to block her number just before she rang back again 😡

Just got a ring from this number claiming my SIM was on the verge of getting locked and offering to send out a replacement. They didn’t have a clue who I was, and my actual mobile company hasn’t mentioned anything about needing a new SIM. Definitely sounds like a dodgy scam to me.

I didn't pick up the call as it looked like spam. They didn't bother to leave any message either.
