Received a call from someone I didn't recognise, completely out of the blue.

Got a call about house repairs, but I just told them I wasn't interested!

Got a call from some guy named Sam who sounded Asian, maybe Filipino. I couldn’t catch most of what he was saying. He told me something about social housing and black mould, claiming he was from the council. I told him I’ve never had calls from the council before, so why start now? I also said if he’s legit, he should send me a letter, then I ended the call. Plus, it was nearly 5pm when he rang, and isn’t that when council offices usually close? Seemed fishy to me.

Got a call but no one said a word, just silent on the line. Weird one.

The call came through but I couldn't answer it and there wasn't any message left, so I've just gone ahead and blocked the number.
