Got a call again from Katie Chamberlain at Smile Cloud Services. It was one of those recorded calls where she says something like, “We understand you’ve been involved in an accident that wasn’t your fault, is that right?” Then some voice recognition tries to figure out if you’re real to either transfer you to someone or claim she’ll remove you from the list. Problem is, it’s just a loop because last time, from the same number 01131052851 back on 8th September, I got the exact same spiel. Doesn't seem like they really remove anyone. Such a pain!
