I've had about five calls in half an hour from someone claiming they’re from an insurance firm. They're telling me I was in a car crash last year and there’s some compensation due. I told them I've never had a crash before and they just dropped the call straightaway. Pretty annoying!

In January 2016, I was contacted by a company claiming to be from Club Class, pursuing what they claimed was an outstanding debt and making rather alarming threats about debt collection. Interestingly, the last time I heard from them was back in 2012, with similar intimidating messages. To be honest, I had a bit of a rough experience with them years ago and never ended up booking a holiday through their services at all. Quite the conundrum, really!
