I had an experience with a PPI claim that left me rather taken aback. Initially, they instructed me on exactly how to respond regarding the loan, and when I was passed along to another chap who inquired if I recollected the loan, I had to be honest and said I didn’t. I also expressed my annoyance at being given a script of sorts to follow. Then, to my surprise, the first bloke rang me back and let several expletives fly my way-very charming indeed! Just lovely, really!
