2 yearsI got a call from someone claiming they were upgrading my sim to 5G free of charge and tried to log into my EE account. I pretended to go along with it since I’m not actually an EE customer. The caller tried to reset my password and asked for a code they said would come to my email. That’s when I told them I’m actually with Vodaphone, not EE. They then insisted Vodaphone was part of EE (which isn’t true) and tried to get me to log in through Vodaphone instead. I just ended the call there.
