I got a call from someone claiming they were upgrading my sim to 5G free of charge and tried to log into my EE account. I pretended to go along with it since I’m not actually an EE customer. The caller tried to reset my password and asked for a code they said would come to my email. That’s when I told them I’m actually with Vodaphone, not EE. They then insisted Vodaphone was part of EE (which isn’t true) and tried to get me to log in through Vodaphone instead. I just ended the call there. Definitely don’t trust calls like this!

I picked up the phone to hear someone with quite an Asian accent promising me a fantastic deal on my O2 contract. Given that I'm not even with O2, I decided to end the call right there.

I got a call from someone pretending to be from O2. I started speaking in another language and straight away told them I knew it was a scam. They rang me again, insisting they were actually O2, but I just told them to stop wasting my time and act with some decency. Then they just ended the call.

I just ended the call straight away.
