6 yearsSomeone rang me about a boiler check, and before I knew it they were asking for my bank info. I gave them a piece of my mind straight away. I’m not convinced “John” even exists - every time I asked something, there was this awkward silence, then he said he’d transfer me to accounts. The breaks really made me think it was a pre-recorded message, and the English accent almost distracted me from that.
