i get calls from this number a few times a week, like 2 or 3 times, and when i pick up, all i get is silence. tried calling back to tell them off, the reply was something about energy solutions marketing. they say press 1 to chat to someone, but when i do, it just tells me the voicemail is full. they also say press 9 to stop the calls, but if you press 9, it just loops the message. its coming through on my landline and the number looks like it belongs to some ex director, so i can’t block it. seriously fed up with this!

I picked up without checking who was calling and just stayed silent while they kept saying "Hello?" again and again. They gave up after about a minute, which was kinda funny. Other people mentioned there was a lot of noise in the background on their end too. I’ve now gone ahead and blocked the number.

Got a call from someone wanting to come round and carry out an energy efficiency check on my home, but said they'd need to come inside. I told them with lockdown rules still on, we weren’t letting anyone in except for emergencies. They kept pushing and acted like they knew better, saying they 'understood how to keep things safe'. Quite annoying and a bit rude if you ask me.
