He said they’d done a boiler service and needed to visit again within six days. When she mentioned she was in hospital and that he should speak to her niece, he just ended the call. They kept saying it’s there and the payments come from my Bank of Scotland account by direct debit. I told them I don’t have any of these agreements and they just cut me off.
