I thought I was joining up with a legit window firm, but ever since that one signup, I've been bombarded with calls - probably over 50 by now, all from loads of different numbers. It’s impossible to block them all. They go by the name “help to buy windows,” but honestly, it seems like nothing more than a dodgy scam operation.

This was some sort of housing scam, so just ignore it and hang up right away!

This guy kept ringing about mould in my house, kept bugging me with questions. When I tried to ask who he was with, he just said something about housing but wouldn’t say any company. Then out of nowhere, he just cut off the call. Didn’t even know my name or anything. Felt really dodgy.

Got a call from some asian guy asking if I'm having issues with my housing, sounded like a total scam. I just blocked the number and reported it to the ICO straight away.
