She insisted I log onto my PC to cancel some subscription from 2019 that I supposedly signed up for. The threat was that if I didn’t comply, they'd withdraw £1000 from my bank. I’ve never had any dealings with them or signed up for anything. The woman on the phone, who said her name was Jenny, sounded quite pushy.
