I firmly requested the caller to cease further communication, yet he audibly raised his voice at me, insisting that he had my address and contact information, contending I was indeed the applicant. I reiterated that I had not applied for any such thing and urged him once more to stop calling, labelling it as a fraudulent call. He adamantly insisted it wasn't a scam, continuing to be quite belligerent and abrasive for about fifteen seconds. The chap was utterly unpleasant, rude, and very aggressive during our conversation. He had a male voice with an Indian accent, though he seemed to be attempting to adopt a more refined tone. Absolutely dreadful experience.
