This number rings me pretty much every day and I never pick up. Sounds like a scam or something fishy because they never leave any voicemail either. Just ignore it like I do.

Got a call saying my debit card was being used without my permission. They asked me to share all my bank details with them through this number. Very suspicious if you ask me!
