They requested I verify my name, address, and age. I found it rather impolite to inquire about a woman’s age, so I suggested they simply send me the cheque instead! To my surprise, they hung up rather abruptly.10 yearsI received a call from a company claiming to assist with reclaiming PPI. When they asked about details of a £4000 loan, I honestly couldn’t recall anything specific. They insisted that all I needed was to assert I remembered the details. I repeatedly told them I didn’t remember, and eventually said I would look into it and get back to them. To be frank, I’m starting to suspect this might have been a scam call.
