Reports on phone number 02081543229
6 yearsThey keep ringing me all the time, and since I do night shifts, it’s really disturbing my sleep.6 yearsI can’t say for certain, but after I shared my details, the call got a bit peculiar. The person claimed they were from Golden Egg Energy and promised to save me some quid by transferring me to People Energy, which touts itself as a green provider. To cut a long story short, they were supposed to ring me back, but I’m still left hanging. They mentioned being located in Manchester, yet the number appears to be London-based. I quickly got in touch with my bank after the line started behaving oddly, as there was suddenly no one on the other end. They only requested my Account Number and Sort Code, which makes me uneasy since with that info they could potentially set up a Direct Debit. Now I’m frequently checking my account online; if I notice anything dodgy, I’ll have to call the bank - apparently, they can only intervene once. I spoke to three individuals; one was named Dylan Pitt, another was a woman whose name I missed, and the last one introduced himself as Cameron. Honestly, I think the best course of action is to ignore such calls and block the number. I plan to report this matter to the authorities as well. They also claimed to have high ratings from Which, formerly known as Which Magazine, but as far as I’m aware, they now solely operate online. Anyway, let’s get the word out and put a stop to these dodgy practices!Golden Egg EnergyPeople EnergyManchesterDebitDylan PittCameronWhichWhich Magazine6 yearsEvery time I pick up, the call just cuts off. Took them about half a minute to answer when their automated system rang me. Definitely an unasked for call - worth checking out more.6 yearsReceived a call, but as soon as I picked up, they hung up.6 yearsP.S.
