I got a phone call from this number earlier. I didn't pay much attention at first, but then the caller asked me to give them a PIN from a text message I supposedly received. It was obvious they were trying to scam me and take over my account by resetting the password. I hung up straight away. If you talked to them and gave out any info, you should ring 150 quick!

Some bloke said he was from EE and that there was an issue with my sim card. I told him to just send me an email since surely EE already have my email on the account. But no, he tried pushing me for my email address instead. Seemed fishy to me.

Got a call from someone saying they were EE. They rattled off my number alright, but never bothered with my name. Said they had to send me a 5G SIM card or something. Definitely felt like a scam to me.

Got a call from an 01524 number claiming to be EE about updating my SIM. Obviously sounded like a scam so I just blocked it. Now they’re ringing from another number, so I’m going to block that one too!

Got a call from this number on my mobile a bit ago, no idea how they got hold of it since I’m on the TPS register. I didn’t pick up, but my phone first showed Specsavers on the caller ID before it switched over to flag it as Potential Fraud. Seems like someone pretending to be from Specsavers.
