She asked for my name and mobile number. I told her if she’s really from O2, she’d already have those details, so if she doesn’t, she’s definitely a scammer. She asked why I thought that, I repeated myself and then she just hung up. What a joke. I asked a few questions just to see how she’d react, and once I mentioned something about my account, she turned nasty and even threatened my account had been hacked. Ended up blocking and reporting her.
