Had a look with my bank and yep, it's a bogus number. Steer clear of it!

I got a message from what looked like a NatWest number saying I owed money and to ring back on that number. I didn’t reply but rang NatWest straight away using their official contact info. They told me the number that texted me wasn't theirs at all, it’s a scam. So, don’t ever call these numbers. If you’re unsure about anything like this just use the NatWest app or check their website for real info.
