The goal is to fish for your credit card's 16-digit number and its security code. A significant warning sign occurs when they request the complete answer to your O2 security question-rather than just the three random characters that genuine O2 would require. If you find yourself in this situation, do not hesitate to hang up and reach out to O2 straight away to have their fraud team secure your account and investigate the issue.
