I received a rather dodgy call from someone who claimed to be representing O2, saying they could provide me with a discount on my bill. It was quite alarming as they were fishing for personal details, including my account number and credit card information. Definitely felt like a scam!

Got a call from +44 20 8146 0156, sounded like an Indian man or maybe non-binary or whatever they identify as these days, claiming to be from O2. He started grilling me about who my phone provider was, but I told him I’m not with O2. When I asked why it even mattered since I’m not with them, he just ended the call. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
