After confirming the fare with the representative, I was horrified to discover that I had been billed five times the price initially quoted, with no tickets issued to show for my payment. Instead of the anticipated £360 fare, I’ve been hit with a bill exceeding £1500 without receiving any travel documentation. I promptly contacted my credit card provider to dispute the charge and am now anxiously waiting for my funds to be returned. The agents, who had a distinct Indian accent, included one who introduced herself as Maria, while another, claiming to be the manager, went by Danish. This is an unprecedented experience for me despite my usual caution; the stress and pressure caused by these deceitful individuals have been overwhelming.
