She was really aggressive and quite rude about it. Kept telling me the contract was already set up and insisted I hand over my direct debit details, but I just wouldn’t give them out.

I got a call from someone wanting to talk to 'the accounts person'. I told them that no one was free and asked who was calling. They said they were from British Gas about my electricity payment. I told them I don’t use British Gas for electricity or anything, so there was no point in talking, and asked them not to ring again. Not sure if it was just a sales pitch or some kind of scam, but I’ve flagged it as harassment just in case.

This morning, I just left a review about some dodgy calls I got from these 02 numbers! Honestly, it's driving me up the wall!

First they said they were calling on behalf of EDF, then switched to say they worked for Bionic Energy and could help cut down on business energy bills. I mentioned it was a home address, but apparently that didn’t matter if there was a business running there. They also claimed they could see when your current contract ended by using some National Grid database. Honestly, the whole conversation felt a bit dodgy and I just wasn’t convinced it was legit.

I got a call from some guy who just started asking me about my gas and energy contract. He kept going on about the prices and the energy situation at the moment. I told him straight up that I’m not into random cold calls.

Got a call from someone talking about gas and electric rates, wanted to speak to whoever runs the business. When I asked which business, he threw out the name of one of mine, but I reckon he just grabbed that from my site. Pretty sure the same bloke called me a while back. I cut the call short when he couldn’t give me any proper ID.
