BEWARE - THIS IS A VERIFIED SCAM. They pretend to be from O2 and say you’ve won a discount. While you’re speaking, they go onto the O2 site pretending to be you by using your number and clicking forgotten password. You’ll get a text with a security code to reset your account, but they’ll say it’s to confirm the discount. Never share this code with them, or they’ll get into your account, can buy phones using your account and even see your bank info from your direct debit. Just hang up and block the number straight away.
